The World's Largest Thanksgiving Dinner is a community-service project held in school cafeterias nationwide on the same day—the Thursday before Thanksgiving.  It's pretty straight forward:  all the "how-to" materials, including a sample press release, are easily downloaded by clicking the links below.  Then students, principals, teachers, coaches, administrators, and PTA's work together to have a fundraising dinner in the school cafeteria—the menu can be anything from turkey to hot dogs and hamburgers.  Funds are raised through ticket sales and local company sponsors.
